A Leader in Locating Primary Water

Bill Cox has been locating Primary Water successfully for over 30 years. He has identified high producing water well sites throughout the world for government agencies, industries and agricultural clients. Cox has written and lectured extensively on the nature of Primary Water and how to find it. He was featured on Japanese television in 1996, after siting a Primary Water well in Sumoto City on Awajishima Island, an area with major water problems.

A resident of southern California, Cox has done a great deal of work in his home state. He has sited successful wells in Sonoma, Petaluma, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, and Santa Barbara counties. He is often called in when existing wells begin to fail or other attempts to locate water are unsuccessful. Cox has a 90+% success rate of finding water in all types of terrain and climate. The rare exceptions are frequently the result of drilling problems beyond his control.
